Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and bi fold doors straight onto the decking for the warmer days.

The Walkers Rest Gated onto National Trust Forest

The walkers rest is a self contained 1 bedroom annexe attached to our family home. With it's own private entrance, garden and hot tub. There is direct access to The National Trust Wenlock Edge Forest, with breath taking views, miles of walking trails, bridle paths and cycle routes. Much Wenlock is a 2 min drive or a short walk through the forest to quaint shops and pubs. Shrewsbury, Iron bridge, Ludlow, Buildwas Abbey, Church Stretton, The Wrekin are some of the places within a short drive.

Hop cottage, a lovely cosy self catering cottage set perfectly on the edge of the vines. The cottage features double bedroom with en-suite. Spacious living area is ideal for people needing to work - The twin room on the second floor has a sloping roof and due to steep stairs is not suitable for children under 8 Coddington Vineyard is close to the market town of Ledbury and the Malvern hills are 15 mins away ideal for walking and cycling. A complimentary wine tasting for guests at week ends.

Serafina cottage is part of a 200yr old grade two listed barn conversion in a small rural hamlet in Herefordshire. It comes with its own car port parking, garden, private decking area and hot tub. It’s perfect for couples to relax or a small family to get out and about. There is plenty of local woodland walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for?
