Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Si trova nel parco Regionale del Matese ed è opera di una recente ristrutturazione che ne ha riportato alla luce l'antica pietra risalente al 18esimo secolo, coperta dal precedente restauro dei primi anni 70. La struttura si eleva su tre piani, è dotata di ampio terrazzo e caratteristico ingresso in un porticato, anch'esso restaurato.
