Top floor beachfront condo just steps from the ocean!! You’ll love my place because it will not feel like a rental, has the best location on the Island, breathtaking panoramic views, remodeled kitchen, grill, 2 pools ( 1 heated in the winter), 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 3 LCD TV's, upgraded premium Broadband internet and Wi-Fi throughout, gated parking lot and elevator. The views from the top floor are out of this world!

Llegarás a una cómoda estancia anexo a nuestra casa , ubicada enfrente con entrada independiente, mini cocina y baño solamente para ti y un acompañante, y con la tranquilidad que nosotros los anfitriones estamos viviendo en la parte trasera pero no tendremos contacto contigo solamente si nos necesitas , es un lugar tranquilo y céntrico.Tenemos de mascota un gatito siamés llamado Botitas que anda afuera , es inofensivo. Nos encontramos a 35 millas de Padre Island, a 27 millas de Space X .

(Does not have a beach view) it's 'One Open Concept' condo, but roomy, well designed, comfortable, bright, with a nice little balcony. The unit has a complete kitchen, diner table for 4, kitchen appliances, bbq & basic utensils, AC, and other amenities.
