דירה מרווחת לגיבוש משפחתי שלא תרצו לצאת מהדירה, אבל במרחק נגיעה אתם במרכז בני ברק. סמוך לצירים המרכזיים של אזור המרכז. מטבח גדול וסלון מפנק, שולחן נפתח לארוחות משפחתיות עמוסות וספה ממכרת שלא תצליחו לקום. בחדרים מיטות הייריזר מוצעות בקפידה, ולילדים משחקים וצעצועים להנאה. להורים מחכה מיטת קינג סייז בסוויטה מרווחת עם חדר רחצה פרטי, אוויר וירוק משלוש כיוונים. בגג נשקף המרחב כמו שאין בשום מקום אחר בבני ברק, נוף פתוח ופרטיות. הבריכה זמינה ביולי אוגוסט.
