It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

Welcome to "The Loft" at Good Earth. An apartment with private entrance, attached to our home. We are rarely home. Bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Separate living/ sitting room. You'll be staying on our 10-acre property, 4.7 miles from Bethany Beach. Convenient amenities include 2 on-site restaurants, market, theater, and ample parking. Our AIRBNB "Village" includes 2 tiny houses, 2 cottages, 4 tent sites, a "glamper", and this loft! Staying at Good Earth is more than just a beach trip!

Our place has views; the yard has beautiful shade trees that set the mood for deep relaxation. One can walk to Walmart, Denny's, Hampton Inn Suites, Ruby Tuesdays and many other business's in minutes. Ocean City is about a 35minute drive. Salisbury University is a five minute drive. UMES is a 13 minute drive.This home is ideally located. A retired teacher on one side is your closest neighbor; on the other property is a caregiver. Needless to say this is a very safe place; enjoy.

The Solar Powered Tiny Cabin is located on a farmette, making your visit even more memorable! Just a 5 min drive from Blackwater Refuge! It's an affordable and unique way to visit and enjoy all that Cambridge and Blackwater Refuge have to offer! The Tiny Cabin is located 50 steps away from Pitcher Dam Creek which leads to the Little Blackwater! Kayaks on site! Bring your fishing rod to catch popular Snakeheads! 15 minute drive to Route 50, downtown Cambridge, shopping and dining!

Farmhouse located just minutes off of Route 13 in Princess Anne, MD. Enjoy a peaceful farm experience while staying in a charming farmhouse with lots of character. You can walk the grounds of the farm, including a trail through the woods, or take a swim in the pool. We do not offer horseback riding lessons but you can interact with the horses. We are minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, UMES, and a short ride to Chincoteague (32 miles) and Ocean City (40 miles).

We are a family who loves to travel and discover places of rest. Stella was designed with that in mind. She is approachable, comfortable and invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. She is walking distance to Salisbury University and close to many restaurants and stores.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Tiny house sits on Widow Hawkins Branch Creek and backs up to Johnson Wildlife Mtg Area. Great for bird watchers and nature lovers. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit or relaxing on spacious deck overlooking creek. Quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped kitchen, Queen bed, bathroom, pull out queen sofa bed with privacy wall to make 2rd bedroom. Close to beaches and town.

2 Bedroom Apartment

Centrally located between Chincoteague Island and Ocean City, MD. This pet friendly two bedroom apartment which offers laundry and a spacious kitchen is only steps away from Shad Landing state park and Public Landing. This ground level guesthouse apartment is located 200 feet from our main house is on an over 12 acre partially wooded parcel. Plenty of privacy and room for boat trailer parking.

Levering Creek Cottage with private dock

Levering Creek Cottage is a waterfront property with a deep water dock that you can see from the back door. We are located on Levering Creek where you can sit on the dock watching watermen arrive with their daily catch, see nesting bald eagles, watch beautiful sunrise, fish and crab. We are also just steps away from most everything including the ferry.
