Escape to our cozy cottage, a tranquil haven nestled in the heart of Raytown, Missouri. Situated just two blocks from City Hall and the Raytown Police Department, you'll find a delightful blend of peaceful living and convenient access to the city's amenities. The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Relax in this quiet peaceful retreat. Spacious 1,100 sq. ft. suite with one bedroom and second bed tucked away in adjacent room. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and full size refrigerator. No stove/oven. Private entrance and on-sight parking. Quiet suburban neighborhood close to lakes and trails. Hosts live upstairs and are available to help make your stay a memorable one. No smoking, no unregistered guest. Quiet hrs 10pm - 7am

Located safely just outside the city, in the peaceful serenity of the beautiful countryside. Come stay with us, on the family farm where you will find acres of natural pasture where goats graze and chickens roost in the farmyard. Tucked away and surrounded by many privacy trees the property is breathtaking, relaxing, a place of safety, yet not too far away from town and popular destinations. **5 yrs of professional administrative B&B hosting/hospitality experience. Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We have a memory foam sofa sleeper for the comfort of your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Beautiful private log cabin suite, conveniently located just east of the Kansas City Metro with great highway access. Close to wedding venues: Lone Summit Ranch, Powell Gardens and Stonehaus Winery. All the comforts of home! The suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private bath with shower, whirlpool jetted tub and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, small stove/oven, microwave and sink. Electric grill on private deck.

1 King Bed. 1 Twin air mattress roll away (plz req rollaway) Washer/Dryer for your personal use. Fast Wi-Fi Fiber. Sep. fenced off backyard area with Private entry into your basement area that is located around the back of the main house. Parking space on property. Dog park, walking trails. Restaurants close by. Close to highwy, gas stations and shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig if electricity goes out!!!

Cheerful 2-bedroom cottage

Cheerful 2-bedroom cottage four miles from stadiums with free parking on premises. Family friendly with country feeling close to the city. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Large fully stocked kitchen with separate dinning area. Refrigerator with ice and water through the door. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer laundry area. Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night.

Entire, separate entry, second floor studio. Minimalist modern decor, nice clean small space with everything you need. We aim to have your stay be an enjoyable experience, greeting you with a clean home, ensuring you have what you need during the stay, and being available as needed. Approximately 5-10 from downtown KCMO, Power and Light, City Market. Within walking distance of a few local family owned restaurants and bars.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
