Kelli’s place had everything our family of four was looking for. The place has wonderful beach and ocean views, it was clean, had a great layout, and most of all we felt safe and comfy. She has a lot of appliances so we were able to grab groceries and still eat at “home”. Our girls are older but there were baby gear items which was so sweet. The condo association here has some toy bins right at the beach access and people seem to just leave shovels, balls, and boogie boards and things when they are done with them. I’m pretty sure we’re booking this place again soon for next year just to make sure we have it again, and I’ve already told my sister this is the place to book if she visits the area! Overall, we felt like our host was thoughtful and took pride in her home; we were well taken care of.

Cute Tiny Cottage- Firepit & Sofa Bed Sleeps 4!

The cottage was very clean. Everything was new and furnishings were nice, especially the electric lounge chairs. Kitchen was well stocked. The mattress was comfortable. The location was a bit remote although it was only 10 minutes from our son in Freeport. The cottage was very nice and I would stay there again.

New remodel beach front corner unit

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

3107 Stunning Lagoon Poolside Villa ~Book June 7th

We had an amazing stay at Joe’s place. The condo looks just like the pictures except the space feels bigger once you are inside. Villa 7 is in the most convenient location on the property….you literally walk outside and the hot tub is in front of you and the pools are just a couple steps away. Candidly, I was a little worried that perhaps it would be loud in the evening if people were still in the pool or hot tub, but once you close the door, you are in your own little peaceful slice of heaven. I spent every morning on the patio having my coffee and looking out onto the grounds. It was lovely. This was the first time I have ever stayed in an Airbnb that I never once had to reach out with a question or issue the entire duration of our stay. The host was very proactive….anticipating our needs, and even suggesting what we should bring and what would already be taken care of. Huge timesaver!! I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful, relaxing trip in a great location.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Vijai was friendly, responsive and helpful in providing us with information leading up to our stay. The place was just as described and perfect location to walk to the beach! The place was clean, spacious, and perfect for our spring break trip! I would highly recommend booking with Vijai!

Stay was great! It was a little hard to find, even with the instructions provided, but we made after a quick U-turn. The house was clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishware and spices. Overall a great stay!

This home was beautiful! We all felt right at home. We loved that Mimmo’s, Thai, coffee, and ice cream were all in walking distance. The beach is also walking distance, but we have smaller kids so we chose to drive. Gregg and Lisa were amazing to work with! They were very proactive and always helpful. We really loved that this house is in more of a residential area but so close to all the action. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Our family had a blast at John, Mark, Lauren and Julie's place. The house is beautiful and spotless, and the neighborhood was quiet and pretty. They had lots of conveniences in the house such as starter sized detergent and dish soap-- even makeup wipes. The few times we needed to reach the owners, they were super responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. During our stay, the nearest public beach access was closed for construction, but the golf cart came in clutch to get to Bramble Grove public access just east on 30A. That area had plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and a ramp all the way down to the beach. There's a great little ice cream shop between the beach and the house. We would happily return to stay at their house anytime. Thanks, y'all!

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay! Private beach for the building, restaurants within walking distance or very short driving. Grocery store nearby as well. Kitchen is full of dishes and cookware and makes it easy to eat at “home” a few times. Gorgeous view of the beach from any room! Will definitely book again in the future.

Nina’s place was great! It is right across the street from the beach and so much to do near by. We only were at the bnb to sleep. Would definitely go back!
