This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very nice and clean. Everything was easily accessible. The fire pit in the back is also a nice touch to the place. Would book again

we absolutely loved Jeff & Jill and their house. they are very responsive and accomodating. not to mention, the house is cozy and the view is amazing. it is right on the beach. i brought my grandparents and my nieces. my grandparents were very happy and my nieces had a blast. we are very thankful and we will be back.

Worth every penny! The home was absolutely spotless and sooo beautiful, crystal clear instructions EVERYWHERE (I LOVED the binder + the guest book, so much fun to look back at everyone else’s answers!), in a very unique area but absolutely close to EVERYTHING you may possibly want or need. The beach was a 7-10ish minute walk away and was the most beautiful beach I had ever seen! I wish we could’ve stayed longer and that the weather would’ve cooperated just a littttttle bit more for us! If we’re ever in the area again, I will be checking to see if this place is available first! Thanks again

Loved the home, everything was fresh, clean and organized, and check-in was very flexible. Definitely recommend!

Darlene was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect with a lot of kitchen utensils for cooking. The private balcony off of the master had a spectacular view of the beach to enjoy your coffee or wine. Personally favorite was the swing on the front porch where we sat and enjoyed coffee every morning. Walking distance to The Crab Trap and Pompano Joes, both personal favorites. Close to Destin outlets and the Destin commons for shopping. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Can’t wait to go back!

Robert and Courtney’s place was just as described, open, very spacious and well furnished. We were a party of 9 older adults who enjoyed the spaciousness with plenty of room for private time The kitchen was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. We made several meals at home and this place has everything we needed including an air fryer and coffee makers etc. The furniture was good quality and comfy. The beds were very comfy. This place would easily accommodate upto 14-16 people comfortably The beach was about 6 min walk and easily accessible. Quite neighborhood and we had enough space to park our cars. We spent a lot of time in the living area just hanging out There are several grocery stores and restaurant with 7-10 min drive Will definitely stay here again.

We had a large group of 16 ranging in age from 3 to 70. The house is amazing at meeting the needs of all ages. There are several large group areas like the main floor kitchen/ living room, the outdoor decks, and the bar/game room upstairs! The bedrooms are spacious and thankfully there are numerous bathrooms, too! The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The house is located in a quiet, private area with spectacular views. All of us were thrilled with the house and our vacation and highly recommend renting it!

This house is perfect!! Great location to the beach access and everything else including restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything was clean and well kept. John responded within 30 mins to all questions. We would definitely come back to this house in the future!

This is our second stay and we intend to come back over and over again. This is such a beautiful home with the best amenities. The perfect place to soak in the Sun and relax! So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. Everything was clean uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. Beach was close. And also was close to Captain Jack’s in pineapple willies, which are great places to go eat. The host always responded kept in touch and asked if we needed anything to let them know. We loved staying here! Super clean, very quiet, lovely amenities! The beach access was super easy to get to one house away and the beach itself wasn’t overcrowded at all since it’s a private beach. We were provided beach towels, bikes, and plenty of kitchen amenities. Check in was SO easy. An umbrella and two chairs were set up every morning for us. The beach was perfect. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and the property was very proactive and responsive to us during that time. Felt totally safe and would absolutely stay here again. We loved it!

Our family and another family enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Clean, functional, well equipped property with the perfect beach access. We had everything I hoped for to make a family trip easy and enjoyable. I will definitely keep this property on our list for our Santa Rosa visits.

Perfect place for the family, super clean. Close to the beach for the kids, and restaurants were super close. It couldn't be a better place to stay for a week's vacation. Will definitely come back!

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property. It was more beautiful in person than in the photos! We were able to cook with everything provided, blender for pina coladas, and very very clean! We enjoyed the games and Mrs Pac-Man so much! The deck and wash station made it convenient for coming on and off the beach without bringing in sand. Beds were comfy and clean. Seating on main floor was more than enough for everyone to hang out together. Huge washer and dryer made it convenient to get more laundry done. Extra large jetted tubs were a HIT for another opportunity to relax. Will definitely visit again!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The views from the balcony, and the beach just a few steps away was amazing. Parking was nice and convenient. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfectly working condition. We will absolutely be back!

We had a fantastic New Year's holiday here with a very large group of 4 families. The house has private access to the beach and one of the best views for the New Year's fireworks show. It's a great location and has lots of options for takeout and many great bars within walking distance. Todd was really helpful and responsive to all our questions.

Ashley was attentive and accommodating. The location is the best part. We had a great vacation. I would definitely return.

Teri’s place was so great for our family! It was comfortable, peaceful and very much as described! Teri was very friendly and responsive and let us check in early and check out an hour later which was nice!! The private beach access was a very short walk away and so nice not to have so many people around! We would definitely rent her place again!!
