The Pirate’s Wharf - Historic Bath

Located in historic Bath, NC, the Pirates Wharf invites you to take a step out of the ordinary and find out why we believe life is better on the water. The Pirate's Wharf consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with TV w/ streaming options, wireless internet, and plenty of seating. The real treat is outside, where you'll find over 2000 SF of 10 foot wide covered porches, along with another 1000 SF of deck and dock space; all open for your relaxation.

The River-house on Raccoon Creek

Experience River living located on Raccoon Creek off Bay River. Enjoy your stay in our three bedroom, two bath home offering: • long back porch w/rocking chairs • open deck for sunning • fully equipped kitchen • dock parking for boats • two boat ramps within 3 miles • plenty of driveway’s for parking cars and boat trailers. • picnic area under house for dining for six. Minutes from speckled trout & drum fishing with your boat at dock ready to go. Paddle boarding & kayaking a plus.

Dream Weaver

Welcome to Dream Weaver a fully renovated singlewide mobile home on a private lot. A private dock allows for GREAT FISHING, SWIMMING & BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. (Boat ramp is 5.3 miles from the house in Aurora.) Enjoy sunrises & sunsets on the large deck. Kayaks, picnic table, firepit, and grill for outdoor dining. Enjoy the quiet on the water! Due to the secluded area there is not internet or cable service however there is a TV antenna and DVD movies, as well as board games and outdoor adventures.

Country Lane Cabin

Country Lane Cabin is a quiet, peaceful place nestled in the trees. Perfect for couples! Relax in the shade of the front porch or warm up by the fire pit in the patio. Amenities include small fridge and microwave, toaster, and coffee pot with fresh ground local coffee. Firewood is also provided for the fire pit. Please do not bring your pets. No smoking or vaping, and no loud music or parties. No TV and no Wi-Fi, but cell service is usually good.

Dockside Daze/Sunday checkout 5pm/Riverfront

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.

Captain's Quarters w/ Boat Slip

Welcome to the Captain's Quarters, a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home at Cotton Patch Landing, where modern comfort meets serene waterfront living. Nestled along the tranquil shores of Blount's Creek, this charming retreat offers stunning water views, a private deck for relaxing, and direct access to the creek with your own private boat slip and lift—perfect for boating enthusiasts.

Country Cottage near New Bern and Neuse River.

A cute, charming, open and airy country cottage only 10 minutes from downtown New Bern. Walking distance to Neuse River and 5 minutes from public boat landing. Wooded setting with occasional sightings of deer, wild turkey, owls, and hawks. Quiet and peaceful! Perfect place to relax and unwind. Convenient to Bayboro, Vanceboro, Cherry Point, Havelock, Morehead City and the beach.(No cleaning fee.)

Original Washington "Caboose, etc."

I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose". The space was converted into a private house, located steps from the waterfront and downtown dining and shopping. We sincerely invite you to come and enjoy our waterfront town.

Harborview Cottage at the WYCC

Five miles from historic Washington, NC and overlooking the wide Pamlico River, the Harborview Cottage at WYCC offers a private oasis in a country club setting. The raised cottage has views of the marina and golf course from the wide front deck. Best of all, your group will have guest privileges at the Washington Yacht club and 18-hole golf course just steps from the Cottage.

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is located in a quiet country setting just minutes from downtown Washington, NC. The Farmhouse was built in 1940. This property includes plenty of room for parking, ideal for multiple vehicles or vehicles with trailers. Pet friendly as long as pet is on a leash when out doors, this is an active farm with live animals.
