It’s next to two popular event venues: Winthrop Barn Theater and The Regent. A great spot if you're attending events there. It's 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa.

We are close to shopping (10 mins) USF (15 min), Busch Gardens/Adventure Island (20 min), Clearwater Beach (45 min), Raymond James Stadium (30 min), TPA (35 min), downtown Tampa (30 min), Ybor (30 min), Disney (1.5 hr). The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.

Little Manatee River Cottage

This cottage is located on the Little Manatee River. Sun City Center 10 min, Moffit Cancer Center 3 miles. Abundant fishing charters, manatee viewing center and Simmons Park all within minutes. Fully furnished, linens, kitchen utensils; bath towels; blankets pillows comfy furnishings. View sunsets from the dock or front sitting area.
