La Cà da Pozz / Valle Leventina

La Cà da Pozz é un'affascinante casa immersa nel verde. La casa é molto curata e vi farà sentire subito accolti e a vostro agio. La proprietà é completamente recintata e gode di un terrazzo con tavolo in sasso e doppio grill. La casa NON ha corrente elettrica, solo luce con pannello solare. Viene riscaldata con stufa a legna. NO frigorifero, solo cantina. Boiler acqua calda. Gas per cucinare. Adatta a te che vuoi staccare dalla frenetica routine e prenderti una meritata pausa nella natura!

Serravalle, Val di Blenio - Rustico La Stalla.

La fermata dell'autobus è a lato del rustico, come pure i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti. La stazione FFS e l'entrata autostradale sono a 7 minuti d'auto e 10 minuti di autobus. Le stazioni sciistiche del Nara a Leontica sono situate a 20 minuti d'auto. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono ristoranti e grotti ticinesi, come pure negozi e farmacie. La riva del fiume si può raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi senza passare dalla strada. Il parco acquatico SPLASH & SPA di Rivera è a 20 minuti d'auto.
