The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The property has underfloor heating, WIFI, Sky television inc. movies, DVD player, fridge/frzr, electric oven, gas hob, coffee m/c and washing m/c. Positioned in a pretty back garden with access via it’s own entrance. Off road parking for 1 vehicle. Situated in Waterlooville with shops and takeaway’s within easy walking distance.

The Folly

Easy access to the Hampshire country side close to Rowlandscastle village. Within easy reach of the coast lots of local walks. Next door to Staunton country park 18 mins from Hayling Island and 25 mins from Goodwood, Portsmouth and Southsea . 10 mins from South downs national park. Sleep in a comfortable American queen size bed. Outside sitting area overlooking a large field which usually has sheep and or cows plus the occasional deer. Plenty of local places to eat ask for recommendations.

Perfect for exploring the historic Portsmouth dockyards, Isle of Wight, Paultons Theme Park, Emsworth, Chichester and even London which is just over an hour away on the train. After all that exploring you'll be ready to try out the local pubs and cafes or just sit back and relax in the large open plan living space while planning your next days adventure!

Woodrest Cabin, South Downs National Park

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

One bedroom house in Waterlooville. An ideal base.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The cosy Coach House at Ava Cottage is a new building nestled in an easy to reach rural area. The area has been described as a "pocket of tranquillity". In front of the coach house is a large recreational ground complete with cricket wicket and clubhouse. There are country views everywhere you look. Located just 1hr 20 mins from Gatwick and Heathrow airports. There are plenty of south coast attractions including Goodwood, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Gun-wharf and Spinnaker Tower.

Situated 1 mile from the market town of Petersfield. Country walks on the doorstep and 500m from the local pub. Only 20 mins drive to the beach its a great spot for a break.
