Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Basement space with separate entrance, we still live on the main floor but there is no interaction. Beautiful property surrounded by large trees, and beautiful deer roaming around. Located less than seven minutes from I-60, I-27, downtown, lake access, groceries, shopping and dining. Less than 10 minutes from Bryan College. Level 2 EV charging available on property, and fast charger located at the Welcome Center near downtown.

This comfortable four bedroom home has been fully updated but still retains its 1950s charm. From the original wood floors to the attic bedrooms to the quirky closets, you will be transported to a simpler time. Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain, Fall Creek Falls Park, Savage Gulf Park, and the Lodge Factory are just a few of the many nearby attractions.

Morgan Springs (Country, Mountain) Retreat

Our quiet mountain setting is just off State Highway 30 and only 15 minutes from either downtown Dayton and Chickamauga Lake or Pikeville--gateway to Highway 127 and Fall Creek Falls State Park. Our MOUNTAIN accommodation in the heart of historic Morgan Springs and along the Trail of Tears. This guesthouse is completely furnished and is completely private. There are outdoor outlets. The Refuge: The Shelter Tiny House

You will find a quaint Tiny House, called The Shelter, on 10 beautiful, wooded acres. We are 2 miles from one of Tennessee's most frequented state parks, Fall Creek Falls. The tiny house is 312sq ft with an enclosed front porch that looks out over the pond followed by a tiny waterfall and beautiful stream. We have trails, gardens, bonfire pits, places to sit, swing, ponder and more. We call this The Refuge where you can let down, slow down and refuel. Would love to have you!!!

Unplug & unwind in a small cabin in a rural setting near our other guest house, minutes from stores & area attractions ie state parks, the 127 yard sale and hang gliding. Please note there’s no Wi-Fi or cable tv at this time but we provide a tv/DVD player and DVDs. Pine ceiling & tiled shower - bear in mind that the water heater is also tiny to fit the space (5 gallons). A twin size air mattress is available upon request. 240 sq ft - kitchenette, a bathroom & full size bed.

This peaceful location, on 1.5 acres, provides the perfect hub for your work, outdoor adventure or vacation. Centrally located and just minutes from the Dayton Boat Dock and local restaurants. This comfortable home provides 3 Bedrooms with 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 workstations, dining for 6, High-Speed Internet, fenced backyard and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. 2 car garage provides additional parking and a place to gear up. Chattanooga is only 30 minutes away!

Budd Family Farm Hideaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Barndominum in the Mountains of TN. Sit by the pond and watch the wildlife. Relax in the Hammock. Enjoy a fire on a cool night. Cool off in the pool (closed for season). Explore the sights and sounds of East TN. Pets are family and are welcome, please reach out for additional Pet Policy information. Fishing enthusiasts are welcome as well, we are 25 minutes from Chickamauga. Secure parking and outlets available for your boat.

Paddler Fishing Retreat Hiawasse Lake Chickamagua

Serene lakefront property where you can fish or swim right from the backyard. Canoe, paddles, and life preservers along with several yard games provided at no charge— corn hole, bocce ball, crochet, and horseshoes. Nestled in a slough adjoining the Hiawasse River Refuge, wildlife is abundant and can be viewed from the back yard. Sandhill cranes and American White pelicans migrate through the winter. Enjoy stargazing at night with minimal light pollution.
