The BEST air bnb we’ve stayed in! So peaceful, beautiful views of sheep in the fields. The place is so clean and have EVERYTHING you could need! The dressing gowns were great for the hot tub! We loved the fresh bread, crisps and salsa as a lovely extra and a bottle of cava! We were celebrating our 1st anniversary so this was such a lovely surprise! Honestly couldn’t recommend enough. The kitchen has everything you need as well as milk, butter and orange juice. It was absolutely perfect and we are so grateful. Will recommend to all friends and family and would definitely return!

What a thoughtful host! All of the little extras were thought of making this a real home away from home stay. I hope to stay again and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you for making our Easter break to visit family locally extra special.

We came to Grantham / Barkston to attend the FIA Karting Worlds Championships and this home was the perfect base camp for our family. Very close to the track, excellent layout of this new home with a nice private courtyard out back and a detached garage. Great modern kitchen, bathrooms, and super comfortable beds. The service / hospitality was first class and we hope to stay here again when coming back to PFI. Thank you for a wonderful 5 weeks.

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

My husband and I had a lovely stay here with our puppy. the campsite was lovely and included everything you would need such as kettle microwave etc, and the dining area is especially helpful too. The area is lovely and there is 2 pubs within a short walking distance both of which are dog friendly and serve great food we particularly enjoyed the gate inn. The area is beautiful and there is lots to see and do we would love to come back again to this site to see some of the places we didn’t get the chance to go, Thankyou Caroline for a lovely break away and for being a welcoming and accommodating host throughout our stay.

I booked this place for my partners birthday! I found it through TikTok! And the pictures we saw were the exact same as reality! I paid extra for a balloons package, it was a really nice touch! We got the greatest weather too! But they made sure the freezer even had ice in it too! So quiet and peaceful! You can hear a pin drop on a nighttime! We had a lovely herd of sheep who were no bother in the field opposite! Karla was so responsive and checked to make sure we entered the property okay! I will be certainly returning again and recommending this place to anyone! Such a lovely little place! ☺️
