The Annexe combines peaceful country living with easy access to major roads, making it a perfect base for exploring Worcestershire, Warwickshire and The Cotswolds.

The Canal Boatel

Our 1973 narrow boat that has been renovated into a 5* off grid glamping experience based in the Midlands. Our static boatel provides everything you need for comfort including a fitted kitchen, gas oven, central heating, log burner, memory foam mattress and wifi. Our boatel is powered by solar. We class ourselves as a 5* glamping experience rather than a 5* hotel. You will need walking boots, it does get muddy, but relaxing on water is an unrivalled experience not to be missed.

Kinver Edge View Annexe

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.

A cosy, well-equipped new garage conversion within a stones throw of the National Trust’s Kinver Edge, and the famous Holy Austin Rock Houses. Kinver is a real treat, with gift shops, coffee shops, eateries, a bakery, butchers and pubs all within walking distance from the property.

The Lodge at The Cedars

Welcome to the Lodge at The Cedars. The Lodge has been decorated to a very high standard to make your stay as luxurious and inviting as possible. The Lodge is nestled next to our home, The Cedars, in the heart of Oldswinford.

The Hay Barn

The Hay Barn is a lovely countryside retreat, ideal for a short break . We are surrounded by fields with direct access to a footpath and a short walk to the canal tow path at Caunsall Bridge . There are a couple of pubs within walking distance and a few more within a short drive. Please note the cooking facility is a kitchenette, with two ringed hob, microwave, toaster , kettle and fridge.
