Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Villa Corinna spreads over two floors, On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable living room and dining area with direct access to the pool, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare tasty meals with local ingredients. Additionally, there is one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, two more spacious bedrooms await you, each with its own bathroom, along with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea.

Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.
