Relax with panoramic views of the Black River from the large raised deck or venture closer to the water with safe river access. The yard slopes down to a seating area and sea wall for shore fishing and ramp access for kayaks and canoes along this calm four mile section from Black River to Watertown which follows the Black River Trail. Location is super convenient on a quiet street off Route 3, five minutes from Watertown and five minutes from Fort Drum. The Black River Drive-In is down street

Cozy Cottage located only 15 minutes away from Fort Drum! ONE block away from Thompson Park/Zoo and only a 10min drive to Watertown mall! Fishing boats fit in Driveway. Bed is Firm! For any tourist visiting any upstate New York attractions, or simply looking for home away from home, this is your place! Two camera are installed; One in front entrance and one in the back. Drum Wheeler Sack gate & 13 to Evans Mills raceway. Swim & Fish Lake Onterio, Henderson Bay, Snowmachine or ATV at Barnes Corner or Tug Hill Plateau. Fenced-in yard for pups (no cats due to owner allergies) If you arrive late, restaurants & stores close early. Village= population too small to be a town

Simple elegant space that can comfortably accommodate five adults. Two bedrooms one with a king bed and other with a twin size day bed with trundle twin bed slide in , and large deep couch. Each room has a TV. This unit is in the second floor, with a parking area for two cars, washer, dryer and 70" tv in living room.
