Adorable country guesthouse on Graham Lake

Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

Cozy cottage with a screened in porch, private dock and amazing sunset views of beautiful Black Lake, which is known as a Fisherman's Paradise! Relax and enjoy lake living using the included kayaks or visit the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the new propane grill, washer/dryer, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

Nestled on the shores of Black Lake, this waterfront cabin is peaceful + private. 2 bedrooms in the main cottage + futon & a bunk house that sleeps 7 more. Kitchen/living area is open w/large enclosed porch. 2 firepits, dock, BBQ, peddle boat, canoe, lawn games. Camping atmosphere in rear + lake vibes in front. Fully-stocked kitchen, linens, towels & toiletries provided, W/D. Access to private boat ramp (1/4mi.) We treat for insects/pests & provide spray though given location there will be some.

Rossie Rest

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on the Indian River with great fishing and a private setting. Walk out the front door and start fishing or enjoy the view with your morning coffee. It is in the perfect location to view the Eclipse on April 8. This cabin is kid and pet friendly. It has electricity, running water, a small kitchenette, fire pit and wood. It is located 45 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes to exit 49 on Route 81, and close to the Thousand Islands and Black Lake.

Swan’s Nest

Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.
