Kyseinen tila on ennen toiminut mankelihuoneena, josta kohde on saanut nimensä. Asunnossa on tunnelmaa luomassa viistot katot ja alkuperäistä tiiliseinää. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta ja iso oleskelutila keittiöineen tekee tästä sopivan myös isommallekin seurueelle.

Mökissä tilava huone, jossa vuodepaikkoja kahdelle ja jääkaappi, sekä wc ja suihku. Viihtyisällä terassilla voit nauttia auringosta ja linnunlaulusta. Pihalla on parkkipaikka autolle. Omistajan talo sijaitsee pihapiirissä.
