Modern apartment by nature and close to city

I am renting out my newly refurbished and modern apartment with two bedrooms. Located in Tonsenhagen, Bjerke area, where you can get the best from both nature and the city. Hiking and bike trails are right outside of the apartment. Close to several lakes. Bus stop is a 4 min walk, where the best bus line in Oslo, bus number 31 that goes frequently all day and night 24-7, will take you to Grünerløkka and city center in 20-25 min. I live here with my daughter and rent out when traveling.

Du finner Grefensenkollen, Linderud Gård og flere andre naturområder og turer rett rundt hjørnet. Du kan enkelt ta deg videre via t-bane som ligger 5 minutter unna som tar deg til sentrum på 12 minutter. Leiligheten ligger i et stille, rolig og veldig hyggelig nabolag med matbutikker som Rema 1000, Meny og Kiwi noen få minutter unna. Leiligheten har og en stor altan og grill.

Modern apartment in a central and quiet area. The metro, a 3-minute walk away, will take you to the city center in 10 minutes. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom has a double bed with memory foam matrass, light-proof curtains and soft linen bedding. Additionally, it has a sofa bed in the living room. Oslo is not lacking in the food scene, but if you rather stay in you´ll have a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to make some delicious meals.

This bright and open ground-floor apartment is just 20 minutes from the city center, with a peaceful river and forest outside your door. English: Sunny appartment, 3 bedrooms, and a balcony in 3rd. floor with elevator at Vollebekk. 2 min from the subway, and it takes 13min downtown. One bedroom has a 1.80cm bed and the two others has 1.30 bed. Parking can be included free of charge for 72h but need licence plate.

The apartment has two bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, and a complete kitchen.

Fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Leiligheten ligger i en blindgate med lite trafikk. Det er terrasser på begge sider. Inngangssiden ligger inn mot et friområde uten trafikk. Det tar ca 25 min med buss 31 fra sentrum, bussen går 24/7. Boligen har nærhet til flotte turområder i Lillomarka både sommer og vinter. Grefsenkollen, Årvollåsen, kastesteinen og Ole Høilands hule m.a.

Leilighet ligger i det populære Årvoll området, perfekt for familier eller vennegjenger. Den har tre soverom, stue, kjøkken, ett bad med vaskemaskin og balkong. Sentral beliggenhet med kort vei til offentlig transport, butikker, restauranter og turmuligheter. Leiligheten ligger i 2.etasje. Ingen festing eller andre arrangementer.
