Sokkelleiligheten ligger sentralt til på Løren i Oslo med bare 10 minutters t-banetur inn til Oslo sentrum. Flere kafeer, restauranter og butikker her på Løren - 5 min gangavstand 10 min gangavstand til 23-bussen, Sinsen T-bane og Løren t-banestasjon. Gjester kan parkere gratis, gi beskjed før ankomst om du har bil

1 room flat with dormitory kitchen (2 hotplates and fridgerator). Dining table with 2 chairs plus one resting chair. TV, WiFi, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate entrance from main flat. Here you have "everything" within 2-5 minutes walk, like: bus to/from airport 5 min; grocery store 2 min; take-away 5 min and tube 3 min. The tube takes you to Oslo Central station within 13 min. Or you could take the tube to get to Holmenkollen skijump, Frognerseteren, Majorstuen or others.

Det er den øverste leiligheten i blokken fra 2023 med en sør/vestvendt balkong med nydelig utsikt (sjøgløtt). Felles takterasse en etasje opp, samme oppgang. Et veldig rolig område med flotte turmuligheter. Kort vei til tebanen og gode bussmuligheter. Borettslaget er svært moderne med fokus på det grønne. Nydelig hage og lekeområder på utsiden. Sentral og lys leilighet med god takhøyde i rolig sidegate. Soverom ut mot bakgård, stue ut mot en liten park. Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendeler i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Ca 5 min å gå fra leiligheten.
