You can lounge on the patio, sit around a toasty campfire, fish in the lake, salmon fish in the nearby river or just relax in our 6 person hot tub. We are steps away from the Trans Canada Railbed. Ideal fro ski-dooing, side-by-siding or just a walk.

The Flat

Please read the entire description and other things to note before booking. This beautiful newly renovated flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a couple minutes drive from the TCH. (Exit 20). It is PET FREE …with no exceptions. Our flat is designed for 1 or 2 adults (only) and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We pay attention to detail and are close by to provide any assistance we can to assure our guests have the perfect stay.

If you need to be in Grandfalls for Dr's appointments or just to go shopping, it's just a 15 min drive away. A home away from home!

Just minutes from the highway, exit 22, and ideally located on the Exploits Valley River, well known for its beauty and great salmon fishing. Kayaks or canoes can access the river from the backyard. Walking trails, trail bed, local chinese restaurant, bakery, gas station, drug store, Tim Hortons, sports bar and boat launch are just minutes away. We are also just 10 minutes away from Grand Falls-Windsor.

Excellent for atvs or snowmobiles as we are located alongside the Nfld trailway. Also, it’s just a ten minute drive to Grand Falls-Windsor for shopping or doctor’s appointments.
