Willow Cottage is a self-contained annexe connected to Waterloo House, a 19th century farmhouse. Named after the Weeping Willow tree right outside the door and located in the beautiful semi-rural village of Stoke Orchard, this recently renovated cottage offers an excellent base from which to explore the Cotswolds. There are great walks and cycle routes straight out of the door, and with Cheltenham Racecourse and Cheltenham town only a short drive away the possibilities for exploring are endless!

Ideally located for all the wonderful bars cafes and restaurants that Cheltenham has to offer, this easy living, modern studio apartment is on the doorstep to all the activity. You will see instructions for entry 48 hours before arrival. GL52 2SQ There is a secure side door for bike storage on ground floor. Cheltenham Racecourse is a 5 minute drive ( traffic dependent ) or a 30 minute walk from apartment.

Cheesecake Well Cottage is a very peaceful and rural location, on the edge of Cleeve Hill Common, a 1,000 acre area of outstanding natural beauty with a café and golf course. Ideal for the Cotswold Way and Cheltenham Spa, 4 minutes by car from the racecourse, and close to a good pub with hourly bus service between Winchcombe and Cheltenham. The annex is self-contained, with a front door and hallway. Dogs £25 supplement. Private parking. Note the lane has a 1 in 4 to 6 gradient and is bumpy.

The property has a kitchen dinner, with microwave for convenience. A large sitting room with 42” TV. There is also a log burner which guests are welcome to use. The bedroom has a new Hypnos mattress. Finally there is bathroom with walkin shower. There is also secure off-street parking on the drive

The Nook is a cosy one bedroom cottage in the beautiful village of Gretton. Set on the Winchcombe Way, The Nook is just two miles outside Winchcombe which has a host of pubs and restaurants. It has a spacious kitchen diner, cosy lounge with inglenook fireplace and log burning stove for the winter. A spiral staircase leads up to the Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The local pub, The Royal Oak, is walking distance and has great reviews.

Newly refurbished detached bungalow in Swindon Village, Cheltenham. We are on the edge of Cheltenham, with rural fields on the doorstep but just a 10 minute drive into the town centre. A great base to explore the Cotswolds, and less than 1.5 miles from the racecourse. Inside is a spacious, comfortable living space with brand new kitchen and bathroom. There are two good bedrooms, and the third bedroom is a study with a single sofa bed.
