Longmynd Cottage, Nr Church Stretton, Shropshire.

Longmynd Cottage is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty perfectly situated for those who want great walking opportunities, families who like fresh air or writers and artists who require some solitude in beautiful surroundings. A lovely old country pub with good food and beer is 5 minutes walk away. Birdlife is abundant with Buzzards, Red Kites and a Woodpecker is a frequent visitor to the garden. There is no light pollution so stars are incredible and sometimes the Auroa is too!

Writer's Lodge Cottage Bishop's Castle Shropshire

Restored old building on medieval site, on edge of the Shropshire Hills AOB, in quiet location in central Bishop's Castle. Double and single bedrooms, lovely old furniture, luxurious modern comfort, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher; walk-in shower downstairs, bathroom upstairs; centrally heated plus log-burner; wi-fi and television. Sleeps up to three adults or two adults and a child. Dogs welcome downstairs. Off street parking, electric charging point and private courtyard.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.

Our grade 2 listed roadside cottage is in the heart of historical Ludlow. Cosy and characterful with 2 bedrooms, Lounge, wood burner and fully equipped kitchen/diner. Spacious luxury shower. Close to the market square, Ludlow Castle, the river teme with excellent free trout, grayling fishing and excellent eateries. Fantastic walking around ludlow and a short drive away from the spectacular long mynd. Ludlow hosts many festivals throughout the year including the food, beer and fringe.

Ideal for walkers & cyclists alike the cottage offers plenty of space for you to relax & unwind. Station Cottage is a recently renovated Victorian railway building. Offering cosy accommodation for up to 4 guests, it is a perfect base for walking, cycling (road and off-road) or just for enjoying being surrounded by green spaces and fresh air. Situated in the small, but thriving, village of Bucknell, it is within walking distance of an excellent pub, a petrol station and butchers. Accommodation includes a living room with woodburning stove, private kitchen and bathroom.

It is surrounded by woodland and is 100m from Offa’s Dyke path with access to miles of beautiful walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid Wales. It Sleeps 4, there is a kingsize bed and two singles in the second bedroom. Recently refurbished throughout with a new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
