Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Welcome to our beautiful shepherds hut situated on our working farm in the Worcestershire village of Abberton, on the edge of the cotswolds. This single hut nestles within an old orchard whilst enjoying open views over Bredon Hill from its south facing balcony and the Malvern Hills from the delightful walks available over our 260 acre farm. fresh farm produce inc beef from our own 20 year old Aberdeen Angus herd are seasonally available on request.pets are welcome only with prior approval.

A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Wild swimming, paddle sports & SUP all available to guests, at an additional cost. Please note there is intentionally no TV or WIFI in the hope you can switch off from the rat race!!

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

The Apple Loft is a first floor converted green oak detached annex with extensive views over open countryside. Providing open plan, en-suite self contained accommodation for two people accessed via an external timber staircase. A rural location equal distance between Stratford Upon Avon, Cheltenham, Worcester & Moreton in Marsh. An ideal base to access to the Vale of Evesham, Shakespeare’s Stratford, the Cotswolds & Malvern Hills, or enjoy the local countryside & walks.
