Steeped in history and oozing character, it dates back to the 18th century. Vaulted ceilings and old beams frame the bedrooms which are furnished with an ornate bed/sofa bed/Egyptian cotton bed linen in a combination of dusky pinks/greys all in a shabby chic style. Chandeliers, silk bedspread, Farrow & Ball paint and Bamford Botanical sustainably made toiletries.

We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. This unique space offers a bedroom with a view to the stars, a cosy living space with an area to work if needed and an outdoor space to dine should you wish. There is a small kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower. This space really is a cosy snug to enjoy while you stay in the centre of Marlow. Note: 8th April - August 2024 Wetherspoons pub restoration work will commence 2 addresses away. Indoor refit, second floor extension & garden creation. Only weekday noise is expected.
