Felt right at home as soon as we got there, staff at the leisure center were ever helpful with check in. Use of the gym and swimming facilities was a great bonus. The place its self was clean, warm and very homely very easy to settle in. Over all a great stay Thank you

Amazing place for a holiday. Staff are lovely and helpful and the leisure centre is quite good, clean and peaceful. The only thing I would say is the house condition was a bit worn out and needed refurbishment

Great base for coming back to after a long day. Great for bedroom space, communal space is small but functional. Would go back but only with a family of 4.

We had an amazing weekend away recently to celebrate a hen do! Really appreciate the effort they put in to make the house cosy and welcoming, hot tub ready to go, garden room decorated, and a lil bottle of wine to start off the weekend ❤️ Thanks again Kevin

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Perfect for a couple and so nice she lets a pet stay. Really convenient for venues in south Birmingham and to motorways. Lovely courtyard garden. It was hot but bedroom fan worked well despite having to keep windows closed due to traffic noise. Great value too. Just a couple of silly things - pot lids? Perhaps it was me but couldn’t fine. And please … a cafeteire (pretty essential)! A great base for a week of physio and local hospital. Made it all so much easier :-)

Terence and his wife were absolute lifesavers when we got let down by our original accommodation and managed to check us in within the hour from the initial inquiry. They made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend and/or stay again!

The host was great and provided all the information we needed in a timely fashion. They were very responsive to our messages. I requested that the Kingsize beds be split into singles and everything was done perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and there were fresh towels for us on every bed. The amenities were perfect for us as a large family and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Absolutely brilliant and so much better than having to use several hotel rooms.

It is exactly what is listed. Very closer to Compton Training Ground, no frills good value.

Great stay here, perfect for our work trip. Imad was a fabulous host with brilliant communication throughout the week.

The accommodation served the 6 of us really well. The area is quiet , but £6 in an uber gets you into the city. Ricky was really helpful and let us check in early without any additional costs. When we are next working In the area , we will 100% be booking here again.

La estancia fue muy cómoda, la casa está muy bien ubicada para poder ir al NEC. Es posible que tengas que desplazarte en coche para ir a otros lugares, pero está todo cerca y la tranquilidad del sitio lo merece. Repetiría de nuevo en este lugar. ¡Gracias por acogernos!

Great house and great location.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We had a good few days at Matthew's place, which was easy to find, and very convenient for what we wanted to do locally. Matthew is a very responsive host, and easy to get hold of. We appreciated the little touches, like a bottle of wine in the fridge after a long journey and chocolates on the pillows. Our son didn't want to leave when we left 🤣.

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.
