A bright and recently modernised grade 1 listed Cotswold stone cottage, 100 yards from the Cotswold Way with breathtaking views down the Stroud Valley, its own parking and secluded outdoor eating. Filled with natural light, it is very peaceful and extremely comfortable with luxury bedding (super king or twin bed) and kitchen. An idyllic spot for walking, cycling, exploring the local scenery or simply escaping the city Painswick is 10 minutes from Stroud ( 87 mins hourly train to London).

Put simply, our little cottage occupies the best location in the world. Although we may be slightly biased... We're situated on the Cotswold escarpment, minutes from the Cheltenham. Quintessential villages abound in all directions. The M5 is 5 minutes away and the M4 is 30 minutes. For lovers of the outdoors, you can walk for miles straight from the front door. Our cottage is located on a quiet dead end lane which leads to Crickley Hill Country Park, providing amazing views and wildlife.

A modern and deceptively spacious studio apartment with its own entrance less than 2 minute walk from a lively village pub, and a 2 minute walk to a main bus route into Cheltenham. Firepit & logs: By request (£10) NB Bathroom space limited, stairs tricky for less mobile, roof terrace is private & overlooked by our house.
