It is a short drive to great rock climbing at Pocket Wilderness, Hell's Kitchen, or Dogwood Boulders. Lake Chickamauga is seasonal; boats can use the dock mid April - October.

The Hepburn House

Upgraded king bed: Corporate rentals & travel nurses welcome. The Hepburn House, a charming one bedroom several blocks from Lee, is a short walk to the Greenway, coffee, bakery, and shops. 20 minutes from the Ocoee River, you're near Class IV whitewater for rafting, hiking, beautiful gorge drives and more! The HH is uniquely decorated for comfort and warmth. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all that you need should you forego dining at the best local restaurants less than 1 mile away.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

The Trinity Cottage is a historic gem in Dayton. It was built in the 1920’s as the parsonage for the Trinity Chapel next door. It’s been completely renovated and updated. Welcome to the loft at Strawberry Estates. Join us in our vibrant new farmhouse home on 10 acres. Peaceful area and safe surroundings will give you that country feel. Your loft suite is 100% private with your own drive up entrance. This is a one room suite with a lovely bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Enjoy your own mini split HVAC. Serene lakefront property where you can fish or swim right from the backyard. Canoe, paddles, and life preservers along with several yard games provided at no charge— corn hole, bocce ball, crochet, and horseshoes. Nestled in a slough adjoining the Hiawasse River Refuge, wildlife is abundant and can be viewed from the back yard. Sandhill cranes and American White pelicans migrate through the winter. Enjoy stargazing at night with minimal light pollution.

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.
