Set between the Brecon Beacons and the Gower Coast, with 10 acres of meadow bordered by a small river The Annexe offers the perfect getaway for dog owners and nature lovers alike. We have a huge variety of wild flowers and bird life and our dark skies offer perfect opportunities for star gazing. We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

The Lodge - Built in the 1850s

Nestled just 3 minutes off the M4, this tranquil getaway offers a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen & a dining room ideal for family meals or quiet evenings. No 2 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door is No 1 that is slightly smaller and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

Jacob’s Den is the perfect getaway! Our pods are situated in the countryside on a quiet working farm and livery yard, yet is conveniently only minutes away from the M4. This contemporary, spacious pod sleeps up to 2 people with a king-size bed. With its own en-suite and heating, the pod also has a TV & DVD player, kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. This pod has full use to its very own private hot tub!
