Converted in Spring 2021 it offers light and airy first floor accommodation accessed via an external staircase. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for one vehicle. Designated outdoor space. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. With breathtaking views, and a great location Skylark is the perfect retreat. Yew Tree Cottage, Saxlingham, Holt

The 17th century brick and flint Yew Tree Cottage has been just renovated and furnished to an exceptional standard with super king bed.  Located in North Norfolk Coast and Georgian town of Holt, in peaceful and quiet rural setting. Saxlingham is a small hamlet with XVI century church and rich medieval history, great walks, pubs and restaurants close by. Set in peaceful no through country lane, in a private garden, accessed through an oak gate, surrounded by trees, with internal parking space.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Situated on the North Norfolk coast, an ideal base for guests to explore the beaches & many local attractions.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. “Estella” Shepherds Hut with private hot tub

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. The Chapel at Binham

The Chapel is a fabulous former Methodist Chapel dating back to 1868. This is a unique two bedroom property which has been sympathetically converted and restored to retain dramatic high ceilings and generous windows, making the accommodation light and airy. It's ideally situated in the heart of the Binham village, within walking distance of a village shop and local pub. Ideal base for exploring the North Norfolk Coast, just 10 minutes away from Blakeney, Wells or Stiffkey.
