The hayloft is a self contained and beautiful quirky addition to a private family home within a courtyard, secure in a gated environment, close to Bracknell centre but giving the feel of being in the country. A lovely place to relax, and enjoy the pub down the road after a days work. Perfect for anyone working in Bracknell from time to time or on a weekly basis who wants to feel more at home when away. Unique newly converted small barn, bright, light and self contained. Sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (or 2 small adults) due to restricted height space in loft. Large gravel drive behind big, wooden gates for safe and easy parking. An assortment of Teas, coffee & biscuits. Breakfast is not provided. Situated down a country lane, within the garden of the house, walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Near Lapland UK, Legoland, Ascot, Windsor, Train stations to London and Reading

Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

The Brickmaker’s Loft

A newly fitted one bedroom apartment, with living area, full kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, a full size single bed in the eaves, and an extra single bed if needed. We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high standards. The studio is a 15 minutes walk to Wokingham train station and town centre.
