The Hope is a spacious Cotswolds stone house dating from the 17th Century, in the beautiful South Cotswolds. It has recently been fully renovated and is located in a quintessential Cotswold village. The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. A beautiful late 16th century thatched cottage located in the desirable village of Kingham. A two minute walk from The Wild Rabbit Pub and The Kingham Plough. Plenty of free parking just opposite the cottage. There is also a very handy village shop close by. This delightful cottage has been featured in House and Gardens Magazine and also Condé Nast Traveller. A home away from home and only a short 25 min walk down the bridle path to the famous Daylesford Organic Farm shop, restaurants and Spa.

The house and garden is situated on the river Coln, where you have your own private access to the river, fishing and intimate viewing of the the wildlife. You have exclusive access to the property for your stay to relax outdoors with a BBQ, or cozy up to the wood fire and watch TV or read a book. Just outside the door are a multitude of footpaths and dining.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
