Note: this property is on a main road so not only is it central for transport, it will have traffic noise which is largely blocked when doors are closed.

Marrickville was recently voted in the top 10 coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio. The stairs between these spaces are open.
