Originally a coastguard cottage built in 1834, this apartment enjoys views out to sea from the sofa and from the bedroom. Nestled in a quiet street, yet only a one minute walk from the town centre, it's in a perfect spot to enjoy the historic town of Hastings. The apartment has been completely refurbished throughout, with every room containing lots of nods towards local life and culture... from the bespoke woodwork right to the placemats on the tables. The Loft at Little Park Farm offers an idyllic retreat in over 20 acres of private countryside, the perfect escape for a relaxed and enjoyable break in the natural beauty of Sussex. The farm offers a mosaic of habitats thriving with wildlife; with woodland walks, duckponds, and ornate gardens for you to explore. Our Shetland ponies or Boer goats will happily join you. The Loft is a lovingly refurbished and well-equipped self-contained annex with a private garden. Many close attractions.

It's newly refurbished with a private entrance and lock key box, only 2 minutes walk from the train, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping, and 6 from the beach. With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.
