There are plenty of footpaths and local walks on its door step, even our local pub – The Swan Inn, is within a 30 minute walk. Well-behaved pets welcome

Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and dogs by prior arrangement, we love dogs as much as you do.

Lovely shabby chic style , first floor 1 bed apartment located on the seafront in St.Leonards on Sea. Close to local galleries , restaurants and antiques shops, recently re-opened Kino cinema that originally existed in 1920's. Hastings Pier 10 min walk from the apartment. It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. There is so much to do and see in the area.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. Our Vintage Shabby-Chic one bedroom Victorian flat, with breathtaking, panoramic sea views across the English Channel, from atop the West Hill, is only minutes from the beach and picturesque Old Town, with its boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, bric-a-brac shops, cafes and bars. Some of the furniture in the flat (sofabed, dining table and chairs) have recently been updated, and the photos don’t yet reflect this.
