Set in the beautiful rolling East Sussex countryside, in a designated AONB, Winters Farm Cottage is a lovely retreat.  Originally the stable block for Winters Farm, the cottage has been sympathetically converted retaining some original features and stylishly modernised. With outstanding views from the cosy interior we are sure you will have a wonderful break in this peaceful cottage. The cottage is detached, self contained & set away from the owners house with direct access to public footpaths.

Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

A charming, Grade 2 listed country cottage, dating from the 1700’s. Located in the village of Sedlescombe, which retains its charm of an old English village, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Recently renovated, the cottage has been refurbished to a high standard. With underfloor heating in the bespoke wet room & a magnificent copper style bath in the bedroom. Whilst downstairs the cosy sitting room benefits from a wood burning stove & the spacious kitchen leads to a courtyard garden.

Spacious barn conversion with views of the countryside. The Barn is an ideal location to use as a base for visiting the many places of interest or for a relaxing holiday. There are many National Trust properties within a small radius together with historic gardens and local vineyards. Tenterden and Rye are a short drive and Camber Sands, with its sandy beach, is a must. There are a number of local pubs which serve food, The White Hart within a few minutes walk, and many others not far away.

Airy & spacious maisonette guest house in the heart of Hastings Old Town. Our house embraces our love of interiors as well as keeping those all important homely touches. Well equipped kitchen & a cocktail bar in the lounge to rustle up a cocktail/mock-tail. We have a 2nd living room with a desk should you need. Good quality mattresses and bed linen. Minutes walk to the beach, West/East Hill lifts/stunning walks, galleries, cafes, restaurants, shops & lots of local history to be soaked up.

Pebbles - a calm and peaceful retreat near the sea

Pebbles is a place to relax and unwind, situated in a private annexe at our home in Pett Level. You’ll be only five minutes walk from an amazing beach. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. Pebbles has a lounge overlooking the garden, double bedroom, wet room and a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

Beautiful self contained detached let. The entrance is very private from the main house. Access to our private 3 acre field. Views are spectacular to say the least and the sunset never fails to deliver. Dallington Forest on our doorstep. We are close to many great country pubs and walks. The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Stables is a converted self-catering cottage in what was the original stables and coach house of Boreham House bed and breakfast and is ideal for couples or families. Inside the cottage the accommodation has been renovated to a very high standard while retaining much of the original character. Situated in 0re, nearby paths lead to the beautiful Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve with its coastal country walks, ancient woodlands and dramatic clifftop sea-views. Set back from the road, along a terrace of small cottages, this is a place for quiet and bird song.
