Studio indépendant de 20m² ( c est petit) dans un chalet face aux Dents du Midi dans un hameau de 90 habitants, à 700m d altitude, situé sur une propriété familiale. Une place de parc est réservée pour vous. Cette région offre de magnifiques randonnées en montagne. Bienvenue dans notre spacieux appartement ensoleillé de 3,5 pièces. La terrasse de 13m2 est exposée plein sud, et offre une vue imprenable sur les Alpes vaudoises. Il est complètement meublé et peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Idéalement situé, l’appartement est très proche des commerces et restaurants. Le centre du village se situe à 5 min. à pied et un bus gratuit est à disposition pour vous emmener, en 3 minutes, au départ de la télécabine. Un train à crémaillère relie Leysin à Aigle.

Les animaux ne sont pas admis pour raison d'allergies. En février, juillet et août seulement des séjours de min. 7 nuits. Maximum 10 personnes. Appartement dans un Chalet, exposé au Sud avec 4 chambres à coucher prévu pour max. 10 personnnes. Piste de ski nocturne à 5 minutes à pied et 10 à 20 minutes en voiture des Domaines skiables de Leysin, Les Diablerets et Les Mosses. Une caution de CHF 300.- (espèce). Compris dans le prix de base sont: chauffage, électricité, nettoyage final.

Cosy apartment on the ground floor of a Swiss chalet. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room and an entrance hall. The garden is surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views. If you are lucky you can see deer and chamois in the forest below, or even an eagle! TOWELS AND BEDDING INCLUDED 😀 The ski bus stops next to the chalet, or 3 minute drive to Gryon telecabine car park. Free parking bay next to the chalet. NON-SMOKERS ONLY

Appartement l'Arcobaleno

L'appartement fait partie de l'annexe érigée en 1950 au chalet paternel. Ce chalet a été construit en 1850 par mon arrière-grand-père, mes grands-parents y ont vécus et mon papa et sa soeur y sont nés. L'appartement a été rénové de peu, il est meublé simplement et fonctionnellement. Devant le chalet, il y a un terrain gazonné, qui a été longtemps le potager et la seule source de revenu pour ma grand-maman devenue veuve prématurément.

It includes a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a small and well-equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. On the ground floor a furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the Alps, located due south, on the edge of the forest, very quiet.

Nestled in the charming village of Ollon, this beautiful loft in a vineyard is ideal for exploring the region. Ski slopes and Lake Geneva are within 15 minutes. Enjoy hiking, biking, thermal baths, museums, and many other activities nearby. The village offers a coffee shop, butcher, creamery, restaurants, and a pizzeria. The loft accommodates up to 5 guests with 1 double bed and 2 convertible sofas.
