Vrij van drukte wil je graag op deze plek wonen en recreëren. De woning heeft alle faciliteiten, en meer. De locatie biedt veel natuur, en watersport activiteiten. Vissen, windsurfen, surfkiten en andere watersporten zijn op nog geen 250m aanwezig. Ook is er een enorm wandelgebied en een gezellig dorp. Vanuit de woning zie je een hele grote vijver. Eenden, waterhoenders, grote karpers, soms een bever en zelfs waterschilpadden zijn uw buren. s-avonds wordt u getrakteerd op een kwaakconcert.

Mooie en functioneel appartement, centraal gelegen op loopafstand van het centrum en de populaire wijken Bottendaal en Oost. Het appartement is prettig ingedeeld, heeft een moderne badkamer en keuken en is van alle gemakken voorzien. In de slaapkamer bevindt zich het bed van 160x 200 cm. Er is Wifi en Tv aanwezig. Bushalte naar het centrum voor de deur. Elke 10 minuten gaat er een bus. Onbetaald parkeren kan op loopafstand. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan en roken is verboden.

Charming group/family space at the forest

In this charming property NEAR THE FOREST it is a lovely place for the young and the older people. In the serounding area there is are unique mountainbike and hiking trails. You can also visit a zoo, Clevers icecream parlor , war museum and some delicious restaurants. Even when the weather isn't great, you can make use of the billiard table, table football or the professional dartboard. You can also make use of the hot tub for free (1x) with your first booking!

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Conveniently located between the city center and the university area. Perfect for university staff, remote work, and for anyone who wants a quiet place to sleep while the town and trains to Amsterdam are well within reach.
