Here's a chance to try out a great, fully furnished tiny home 1 hour from the beach. Heat & ac, grill, campfire pit, outdoor seating, inside a privacy fence in a quiet country setting. There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Sorry but NOT suitable for children or elderly because of steep staircase. Small hot water heater, may have to wait between showers No Guests in Pool! NO KIDS!

It is a short 20 minute drive to Albert Ellis Airport, 13 minutes to ECU Health Duplin Hospital in Kenansville, and 18 minutes to the well known Mike's Farm!
