An easy ride from London, Lewes and Brighton, it's ideal for quick escapes, romantic breaks, poetic inspiration or combining city buzz with rural retreating. Great pubs, the Downs, Glyndebourne, Charleston, Lee Miller's all approx. 10 mins. Designed as a creative workspace there's no TV but good WiFi: no streetlights, lots of stars.

An idyllic retreat in Barcombe Mills, close to Lewes and the Sussex coast. A warm & comfortable converted barn with stylish bedrooms, modern shower room, and kitchen diner with a big squishy sofa. Outside your door, you’ll walk into a large, private, fully-fenced garden, which you (and your dog) have exclusive use of. If you love long countryside walks by the river, or along the seafront, this is just the place. Pretty Sussex villages and country pubs abound in the area. Adults 18+ only.

We are in a quiet no through lane within 20 minutes walking distance of 3 pubs & 2 tearooms. Sleeps 2 adults and up to 3 children (sofa bed in living room and single pull out in bedroom). Good dogs are welcome (£30 supplement) and can use the fully enclosed garden and sunny front deck.If you want to leave the dog/s on their own, please check with us!

Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Beautifully presented and welcoming cosy flint cottage within walking distance of The South Downs National Park. Our cottage is located in a peaceful and friendly village with two great pubs, fabulous Thai restaurant, post office and local Marks and Spencer BP convenience store, all only a short stroll away. You can enjoy a walking, cycling or a relaxing holiday. The cottage is located only a 10 minute drive into Eastbourne Town Centre and Seafront.

Modern cottage in central Seaford

This modern cottage is the perfect base for a seaside getaway, tucked in a quiet mews behind Seaford high street and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Seaford is a lovely seaside town full of independent cafes and shops and is surrounded by the stunning South Downs National Park. The house is a short walk from Seaford train station and local bus stops to Brighton & Eastbourne and is a great starting location for the Seven Sisters hike.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
