Granny’s Little House

Unwind in a one-of-a-kind, tranquil retreat. This beautifully renovated 100-year-old Dog Trot sits on the north side of our property offering a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Relax on the front porch with serene views of pastures, wooded landscapes, and frequent deer sightings. Enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside while staying just moments away from Ruston's attractions. Holly Harbor

Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Sunrise at Holly Harbor is truly majestic.

When you arrive you will find a 1938 brick home set on a shady hill, a dedicated parking space and private entrance off of the screened in porch. We are the second driveway on the right. The property is surrounded by nature which gives the impression of being out in the country, when in fact, "civilization" is a mere 2 minutes away. Interstate I-20 is also just minutes away. The private bedroom's amenities include modern appliances and antiques that complement the look of the home.
