The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Wir bieten ein großzügiges Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen. Unser Haus ist allergikerfreundlich. Das Haus bietet: vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche mit Kaffeevollautomat, Toaster, etc.. Auf dem Dach ist eine PV-Anlage mit Batteriespeicher mit der die Energieversorgung des Hauses und der hochmodernen Luftwärmepumpe klimafreundlich und rund um die Uhr gewährleistet ist!

It is the perfect base to experience the beautiful nature around the Castles as well as the Old town of Füssen, in particular if you like to do everything by foot or bike. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.
