Birdhouse on the Beach

Birdhouse on the Beach is steps away from the beach and has an amazing view, in fact you basically drive on the beach to get to the house. The inside of the house is cozy and remodeled in January of 2021! The kitchen, bath, and living room were completely redone. A washer and dryer was added to the house along with 2 sets of bunk beds. Cozy beach house with gulf views and salty air.

Your beach vacation dreams are within reach. Relax at this cute & cozy home with breath taking gulf views & a quick walk to beach. Master bedroom w/ water views, 2nd bedroom has full over full bunk bed w/ twin trundle. Updated & bright bathroom w/ shower as well as outdoor shower w/ hot water. Full kitchen is open to eating area w/ table. Open living area w/ 60 in smart TV & plenty of seating. Covered wrap around deck upstairs & patio underneath to enjoy gulf breezes. Fenced yard for pets.

House literally on beach, Unobstructed Beach View

The property is literally on the beach with easy access to the beach! Romantic walks on the beach are right out the door! Our beach is safer for kids and quieter due to no cars allowed on the beach area in front of our house! Large deck is perfect to enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view and listen to the peaceful sound of the waves. Nine windows of ocean views in the living room -- watch the waves w/ indoor comfort! This beautiful home is close to everything Galveston has to offer... - 10 min drive to the Pleasure Pier, Moody Garden, and all supermarkets. - No-ferry needed to get to the house. - Close to Galveston downtown and all the good restaurants. *surveillance cameras around of the property. *we fully repaired everything after storm Beryl back in July 2024. :) *3rd bathroom is on the deck level (1st level). The other 2 bathrooms are inside of the house (2nd level).

Every aspect of our place has been furnished only with the finest quality that we would stay in ourselves. -Upstairs unit only 1 queen bed The location is in an upscale neighborhood that is only a 3min drive or a 10min walk to the beach.
