Our home is well loved and is a great place to spend some quality family time. It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

My place is close to Ocean City, MD, 10 minute drive. Close to restaurants and stores. Very close to Downtown Berlin, MD and it's quaint Downtown. 25-30 mins from Salisbury, MD. You’ll love my place because of a quiet location on a small cul de sac. Easy access in and out of community, near the entrance. My place is good for families (with kids). Lot of room to spread out and unplug:) Must be over 21 to reserve:)
