Berlin Mitte with a View

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

My place is close to Kastanienallee, on the 5th floor without an elevator and a nice view of the TV Tower. You have beautiful views and sunsets over a park and the roof tops through 2 big windows with french balconies. There are lots of south facing windows and a balcony to the backyard (officially a fire rescue balcony. So please be sure not disturb the neighbors!) The Area is full of bars, restaurants and clothing shops, and on weekends there are grocery and fleamarkets close by.

Cosy Apartment in Quiet Residential

Charming bungalow in a green oasis on the outskirts of the inner city, with two nice restaurants. Important: I have two cute dogs (look at the photos) and they will be also in the garden sometimes. Guest room in a newly restored Berlin apartment in a historic building, with its own private garden. It was extensively renovated in 2023/24 to serve as a guest apartment and office for the hosts. It is fully equipped and located in Prenzlauer Berg, adjacent to Mitte, behind the “Soho House.” Kitchen/dining area, bathroom, and living room are available to our guests.
