Mountain home: like in the movies, on 50 acres. Includes soaring mountain views, swimming holes, hiking trails, ATV trails, fishing creek, mini white sand beach, hot tub in a cave, huge boulder rustic fire pits, cave, lake, cabanas, all in a secluded forest exclusively for guests. Private: you cannot see another house from the front porch or back decks and it has thick woods all around. At the top of the property are soaring views with 3 miles of visibility. No need to go to the national park.

Second small bedroom doubles as an office. A gas stove twinkles inside while an antique spiral staircase adds elegance. Fully-equipped kitchen, laundry, and Starlink to provide top-tier connectivity. This spacious open-plan house is the perfect space to gather with friends and family, or have a relaxing weekend retreat exploring historic Berkeley Springs. Our home is secluded enough to give you plenty of privacy but close enough to walk or bike to town. With views of West Virginia’s mountain landscape in the distance, you can't go wrong. We can house up to 7 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 1 k, 2 Q & 1T beds. I am always a phone call away and will do my best to make you feel at home.

Our home is an original 1790 log cabin with 1857 additions, also features modern amenities, including a chef's kitchen. As well as exclusive access to the hot tub, fire pit and pond outside! We also have various shared hiking trails through the woods surrounding the cottage for campers and cottage guests to enjoy!
