Our Cozy Elmwood Studio is like a tiny hotel room with all the comforts of home. This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. This is included in your fees.**

It is brand new construction, equipped with everything you'll need: large kitchenette, TV, great wifi, and a small outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee. We are located within easy access to highway 80, in between the North Berkeley & Ashby Bart Stations, close to San Pablo Park, UC Berkeley, and walking distance to Berkeley Bowl, and many wonderful eateries nearby.

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Entry is private and the garden is all yours to enjoy.
