Unser Studio-Apartment liegt im ersten Obergeschoß eines Altstadthauses am Beginn der Halleiner Fußgängerzone. Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafe’s, Eisdielen und Restaurants mit schönen Gastgärten findest du praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die mittelalterliche Salz- und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Minuten bequem erreicht werden kann.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Über den geteilten Haupteingang erreichen Sie über die Treppe Ihre Wohnung im ersten Stock. Piding ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten: Schwimmen, Wandern, Radfahren, die Altstadt von Salzburg erreichen Sie in 15 Minuten.

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, sie ist im 2. Stock, Tür links, mit breiter Treppe. Das Haus ist in Ortsmitte von Großgmain gegenüber dem Kurpark. Die Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen liegen 2 Minuten vom Haus. Zur Stadtmitte von Salzburg sind es ca. 15 km, zum Airport Salzburg 8 km, nach Berchtesgaden 18 km, nach Bad Reichenhall 3 km.

Genieße das Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft in unserem Studio (keine Kochgelegenheit), Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine/ Kapsel, Tee und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirr & Besteck, WLAN und TV vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt am Haus gratis.

Modernes Studio im Stieglhäusl nähe Salzburg

Unser neu renoviertes Studio befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines gepflegten Einfamilienhauses am Dürrnberg mit Blick zum sagenumwobenen Untersberg. Das Studio besticht mit viel Glas und Licht. Im Studio gibt es zusätzlich eine Fussbodenheizung.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem neu renovierten Landhaus in Großgmain bei Salzburg. Großgmain liegt am Fuß des Unterbergs, inmitten des Dreiecks Salzburg (Innenstadt 14 km entfernt), Bad Reichenhall (5 km) und Berchtesgaden (15 km).
