This delightful cabin is in the city limits but feels remote since it is on seven acres and adjacent to 40 acres of vacant woods. Your own hot tub and washer/dryer. Judy’s cookies will be awaiting your arrival. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc . Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! You can hike or bike directly from the cabin, surrounded by forest on 3 sides and NO TRAFFIC! Enjoy two large covered porches with views of the woods where you can grill, read or enjoy your morning coffee. There's plenty of off street parking (street parking is NOT allowed, and a fire pit with wood! You and your dog will have plenty of room to run or just stretch your legs.
