Casa ideal para parejas o familias, cuatro en nuestro caso. Entrada autónoma. Urbanización muy bonita con piscina. Muchas cosas que se pueden hacer por la zona. Rutas a pie por Barranco del Infierno, muchas rutas de ciclismo.... playas y calas de Jávea y Denia. En resumen, muy recomendable.

Caterina fue una anfitriona excelente, estuvo atenta y se preocupó por nuestra estancia. La pega que le pondría al alojamiento es la carretera de acceso que no es muy buena, pero es el precio que tienes que pagar para estar tranquilos. Una experiencia genial!

We hebben hier een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het appartement is nog beter dan de foto's en beschrijving doen voorkomen. Super appartement met een nog prachtiger (uitzicht vanaf het) dakterras. Het appartement was schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. De keuken is ook goed uitgerust. Ondanks dat beide slaapkamers boven drukke terrassen zitten, is er niet veel geluidsoverlast als je de ramen dicht doet. Kortom: aanrader!

Maria was a wonderful host again. We stayed here last year too. The house is amazing as it is close to all amenities in the town. Maria was particularly helpful with instructions and contacted us quickly when we were asking about something. The bed was very comfortable and the house had everything that we needed. We were also left some lovely things to make our stay feel like home. Maria was extremely helpful when my husband a had a small accident while out walking. Thank you again Maria.

La casa és molt bonica. Des de allà es pot anar a peu a tot arreu. La amfitriona triga molt poc a contestar les preguntes. Han sigut unes molt bones vacances en familia

Très bon séjour à Casa Penny, une demeure très agréable avec une ambiance déco très zen. Une très belle décoration avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Jaime est un hôte très disponible et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires. Le quartier Tosalet est très agréable et sécurisé. Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables, merci à Jaime pour son accueil.

El Piso en excelente condiciones y muy buena ubicación. El checkin fue muy flexible ya que nosotros llegamos muy tarde y se adapto a nuestra llegada. Siempre dispuesta. Sin duda volvería al piso. Gracias!!!!

Apartment was bright and spacious and very clean. It had a large balcony with table, chairs and sun lounger and a great sea view. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms big and very comfortable beds, air conditioning and two bathrooms. Towels and linen of good quality and replaced midway during our week stay and apartment cleaned. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a nice pool bar area. Approximately 10/15 minutes walk to centre of town with a nice walk along the seafront.
